Abonnement annuel. L’abonnement annuel est payé en 2 versements (voir le point 2). Vous pouvez annuler dans les 14 jours suivant le début du programme pour un remboursement complet. Passé ce délai, le remboursement est calculé selon les services déjà rendus : la portion non utilisée vous est remboursée, moins des frais de 10 % de la valeur du montant restant. L’abonnement reste actif jusqu’à la fin de la période payée, sans renouvellement automatique. Annual plan. The annual plan is paid in full at sign-up. You may cancel within 14 days of the program start for a full refund. After that, the prepaid year is non-refundable and stays active until the end of the paid period, with no automatic renewal.

Le tarif fondateur est une offre unique présentée après la demande d’évaluation gratuite : en t’y abonnant à ce moment, tu le conserves aussi longtemps que tu restes abonné sans interruption. Si l’abonnement est annulé puis repris plus tard, le tarif en vigueur à ce moment s’applique. The founding rate is a one-time offer shown after the free assessment request: by subscribing then, you keep it for as long as you remain subscribed without interruption. If the subscription is cancelled and resumed later, the rate in effect at that time applies.

L’abonnement mensuel se renouvelle chaque mois jusqu’à son annulation. L’abonnement annuel se renouvelle aussi automatiquement, sous la même forme, c’est-à-dire en deux versements : à la fin de la première année, la moitié de l’année suivante est facturée, puis le second versement 6 mois plus tard, et ainsi de suite jusqu’à l’annulation. The annual plan also renews automatically, in the same form — that is, in two installments: at the end of the first year, half of the following year is charged, then the second installment 6 months later, and so on until cancellation.
